Garden wooden fence 1.8m (no cap on top) posts broken in 2 sections of the fence, and a 13m stretch has fallen down. 1) Need to replace the broken/damaged post (not more than 6pc 125mm x75mm 1.8m high) and 2)demolish/remove a straight section of 13m fallen down fence and rebuild it (post defined in section 1 above, to do the 3 horizontal frame and add palings (100mm x1.8m and 150x1.8m palings) 3) Remove fence rubbish Photo notes: 1- first photo is the 13m stretch where there are 6 posts and the 4 in the middle are broken. ie. you have to demolish that fence (possibly in 5min by cutting the 3 horizontal fence rails on both ends, and the fence will fall down). I think that the end posts are still viable, or at least one (I'm not a fencer), making it 5 posts replacement at the most. If both sides are viable, you can install 5 posts to replace the 4 broken posts (saves you digging up the concrete for the 4 broken posts). Leave that to your creativity. 2- Second photo shows a broken post with the fence still on it. Actually the fence has 'detached' from that broken post and is being propped against it from the other side. The broken post is therefore a 'stand alone' post and I would like it replaced that post and attach back that fence. 3- 3rd photo shows two piece of fence wood used to prop the fence against the broken post shown in photo number 2. If you remove the props, you can 'demolish' that broken post (see photo 2) with 1 hand. Need a replacement post. Hence, my estimate of just treated wood material for the 1.8m fence is: 6 x 100mmx100mm posts, 3x13m fence rails, and 100mm & 150mm treating palings for 13m.

Please note budget is just a Guesstimate. Have 5 dogs. Need to separate backyard from front yard. Approx 29metres in total. We want at least 1.2m height. Will need 2 pedestrian gates. Need cheap but solid enough to cope with big dogs, no gaps underneath or in between for small dogs. Would love this done in the next couple of weeks. My ground has sunk a little, so the sliding gate gets stuck at one spot every time it moves. I’d like to add an extra wheel at the very front of the gate so it can move smoothly. The gate already has a motor installed and opens and closes automatically. I’m not sure what size wheel I should buy, or whether I should replace all the wheels with larger ones. Because the gate has a motor and a rack/track installed for the motor, I’m worried that if I switch to bigger wheels, the track position might need to be adjusted again.
