Side fence, 2 posts are rotten at the bottom, need to add / replace 2 timber post. Please note the current post was done only 5 years ago, may also need onsite inspections to check the reason why they are getting rotten so quick

Our external timber gate is not latching correctly. The self-closing / self-latching mechanism no longer aligns properly, meaning the gate does not reliably close or lock when shut. Based on inspection: • The spring-loaded latch / closing mechanism appears worn, misaligned, or partially broken • The gate no longer extends and retracts smoothly when closing • The striker and latch are not engaging correctly • Gate itself is timber and structurally sound, but hardware likely needs realignment or replacement We need the gate to: • Open smoothly • Self-close properly • Latch securely every time Scope of work likely includes (happy to take advice): • Assess existing latch and closing mechanism • Realign hardware OR supply and install a new suitable latch/closer • Adjust gate alignment if required • Ensure gate closes and locks consistently

Need to build a small 2 metre high fence and 2 x gates on steel frames to hide bins. Posts have already been put in so no need to do that. We would like to clad the bin bay in 2m high Lunawood battens to match existing fence in the vicinity. All surfaces will also need to be painted using two coats. As you can see by the photo the gate is in disrepair and either needs re-welding with sections replaced or the whole gate replaced. I need someone available today to meet me on site and give me a price.

I have a damaged fence needed to replace. It's about 35 m in length.

Need replacement of this side gate and the beams it's attached to. Dont need the overhanging beam replaced - that was previously for a plant creeper support which has been removed. Open to hearing what material options we can use - doesnt have to be pickets - prefer with capping if pickets are used. Needs to be lockable somehow - currently just uses a slide bolt. Normal driveway width (approx 3ish metres). No timeframe other than in the coming weeks - I'm more interested in getting realistic quotes and lock in the right contractor at this stage :)

About 1 meter high timber picket fence. Sloping line and the fence to be stepped to follow the fall. The length is approximately 10 meters. 125x75 cypress posts, 2 CCA treated pine 75x50 rails, 1000mm pickets, 7 posts. No bottom plinth. The hole dimensions 300x600mm. The work includes supply and install the two sections of the fence. Painting is optional.
