Install new fence, remove trees, rubbish removal

The portion of the side fence has rotted and fallen over. Could we have someone repair/replace that rotted portion?

Install the side gate. Only gate available and nothing else.

The boundary fence has several posts which have rotted away, so the fence is not stable and is leaning towards our neighbours side. Otherwise the fence wooden planks and cross beams are in relatively good condition. Please note that our budget is $130 per post.
