We would like to ideally build on top of this slab. The approximate new fence length required is 18 metres long and standard ~1.9 metre fence height. We are flexible with timing. To cover an existing side fence in lattice, with the lattice extending above the existing fence to about 1st story height (if possible). Lattice will need to be attached to existing fence and brick wall. It will need to be cut to accomodate a bench seat that abbuts the existing fence. Looking for someone to paint out back fence. It is a new fence. 1.8m tall with 0.5m lattice and capping. Approx 14m wide. Please note there are some trees along the fence line and a little backlot too so access is a little hard and narrow. Have included pics to show what I mean. I’m looking for someone to replace our rotten timber railing panels. You would need to supply all materials and equipment for this task. I need someone to repair a split paling on a gate and also need the gate made plumb so it can close properly. Doesn’t currently close properly because it’s not aligned when it is meant to be closed.

We have a number of timber fence panels that are falling over. It needs rectification with new fence palings and maybe some large star pickets driven into the ground to support the uprights. About 13 meters needs to be stabilised while we work out with owner a more permanent.
