    We are throwing an event on Sunday the 25th of August 2019 at our home. The location will be at our family home in Glenorie NSW. We are expecting around 110 adults and 20 children. We actually have all the catering and hire items sorted. What we need is someone to liaise with the suppliers on the day and make sure everything is organised and set up. Suppliers who need to be told where to set up: - Brunch Caterers at 9:30am - Lunch Caterers at 11:30am - Bollywood dancers around 11am - Kids Ball Pit & Jumping Castle - Henna lady Other jobs: - Heat up the kids menu in the oven for 15 minutes and put out onto one of the trestle tables (only 3 platters) - Bring out confetti cannons to me around 11am - Take some chairs from inside the house to outside on the balcony (if it's good weather) - Turn on some background music once the Bollywood dancers leave If this is something you can help with, please let me know what details you need from us to give a quote. 4 hours total from 9am - 1pm.
