1. Replace water damaged section of bathroom door frame (assumes one side) - cut out damaged section, supply cut and fit replacement timber, fill and sand repair, apply primer and top coat paint to match. Silicone junctions. 2. Complete minor repairs to door where water affected (this will require assessment on site but may involve planing down a sections of the door and spot painting) 3. Patch a small wall area (15 x 10 cm) and spot paint using supplied paint 4. Install client supplied door stop to bathroom floor (tiles) 5. Fix bed frame - re-attach 4 pieces to the frame/drill new holes. 6. Remove 2 x hooks from the shower wall (tiles) and seal using silicone or grout. 7. Replace silicone seal on the bathroom vanity/tap and kitchen tap. (remove old silicone, clean junctions and reapply silicone) - Due date: Before Thursday, 18 May 2023
