We have a flotec autojet 80 which is spurting water. It is connected to a set of water tanks and they have emptied while we were away on holidays. Machine starts but when it gets to drain mode it stops with humming sound . Initial error code was e20 (blocked pipe). I’ve checked the pump and it’s clear . If I lower the water outlet pump to the ground it does drain, but in its upright position does not work and hums - Due date: Flexible

Shower head drips excessively when taps are turned off, and taps need to be over tightened to stop them from dripping completely. Taps are traditional spindle type. Suspect may need new taps installed but not sure. Will cover cost of new taps if needed.

Hello! We have a ceiling filled with good white polyester insulation, but after several years of tradie visits it's been thrown all around the place. I'm looking for someone who can get into the ceiling cavity and re-lay the insulation so there's no gaps. I'll also cover the costs to buy insulation for any gaps that needs to be filled on top of this quote (there shouldn't be many, but I know there's currently no insulation on top of the manhole, for example). My ceilings are about 3m high, so you'll need a ladder at least that tall to reach the manhole. The space in the roof is decent for moving around. The wash basin in the toilet has leaking taps. I'm assuming the washers need to be changed. The fittings at the base of the tap shaft have a smooth , bell shaped, chrome surface that is impossible to get a grip on with any of the tools that I have. There is a dent in the wall from the door handle. I need it repaired and blended in with the rest of the wall as best as possible. I do have the paint. Hi, I've got 4 yukka tree stumps that need to be ground up/munched, and about a Ute loads worth of green waste to be removed. House is in Coburg. Only have a 1.1m wide entrance to the front yard where the stumps are so please take note of that for stump munchers etc.
