Hello, I managed to rip my phone line box off the wall yesterday.. I tried to match up the wires to re-wire but couldn’t seem to match them up. There are two sets of wires - one coming from the wall and one coming from the floor.. I was unsure which set was needed to be reconnected. I need someone to repair my blunder. Can you help? I have 4 led downlights that I’m having trouble configuring. They should be plug and play once you have paired them however they continue to disconnect, randomly change colours and sometimes disappear from the network totally. Their is little material online to guide me. Looking for someone that has experience in setting these up and can hopefully troubleshoot / stabilise my 4 globes. Thanks

We have an electric hot water storage system and the water isn’t as warm as it could be. I’ve checked the owners manual for the unit and it said that you need to adjust the thermostat which is placed behind a panel in the unit. As there is mains power there, I’m advised the adjustment needs to be done by an electrician.
