Exterior power point for a heat pump to be installed

Old Air con split system will be removed, need someone to install the new split system. Original plumbing is existed with optional provided new pipe for installation.

Remove 2 pendant lights, one Fluro and one ceiling fan and replace with 4 pendant lights. All lights are attached to ceiling roses (please see pic)

We are needing two ceiling fans installed. Replacing existing lights. The ceiling is concrete, as we are on the ground floor of a two story apartment building. We also need 2 power points installed on wall. (Brick) We will supply the fans. Qualified electricians only please.
