I have a 160L natural gas storage hot water system Rheem that won’t relight after the main gas supply was turned off for a few weeks and has now been turned back on. I’ve already checked: * Main gas meter isolation valve is ON. * Hot water heater isolation valve is ON. * Gas control knob is set to PILOT when attempting to light. * Igniter clicks normally. * I can smell a small amount of gas while holding the pilot button.

We need a licensed plumber experienced with heat pump hot water systems to diagnose an issue with our Emerald heat pump hot water system (approximately 1.5 years old). Problem: * Hot water issue has been occurring for the past 12–15 months. * If only one shower is running, the water is only lukewarm. * If both showers are turned on, the water becomes hot, but only lasts for around 15 minutes before cooling down. * We would like the system inspected to determine the cause and provide a quote for any repairs if required. Please check: * Heat pump operation * Tempering (mixing) valve * Thermostat/sensors * Any installation or plumbing issues * Overall hot water system performance Please bring any tools required for diagnosis. Install three outdoor light fittings

A double story house has 11 solar panels installed each sides (East-West) last month. I want to get the stainless steel mesh installed to prevent birds from building their nests under the panels. Also, wanted to get birds spike install to prevent birds from sitting on the corners of gutter and popping on walls.

Hearing beep sound and constant blinking red light on panel

Midea by Chromagen hot water gas booster is not working. Investigated a bit. When the tap is turned on, the fan starts but the gas does not get ignited. Cannot hear the spark. Most probably flame rod/ignitor assembly needs to be replaced.

I need a licenced electrician and plumber to do some work around the house. Job1: remove the gas cooktop and install the induction cooktop. Will require at least 32amp circuit and comply with the legislation. The cutout matches the induction but may need minimal touch up to fit in. Unit is here you provide the cables and sockets etc. Check unit details for requirements. Job2: install a 3in1 bathroom heat light, replacing the air vents. Have the unit, will need to adjust the cutout to fit. Job3: install a single downlight in the kitchen, connect it to the current switch. Have the downlight, need the cutout and cabling. Job4; relocating the landline phone socket from bedroom to office. The house is a single story with an easy access to roof space. Change 2 wired smoke alarms

For Single Storey house: Remove 2 old evaporative coolers from tiled roof Remove 2 solar hot water collector panels from roof Remove old brackets/flashings where possible Patch roof openings: Use spare tiles for evaporative cooler penetrations Seal/flash properly to prevent leaks Both systems are already disconnected and no longer in use. I also have spare matching roof tiles available for patching the evaporative cooler openings. Could you please let me know your availability, estimated cost, and whether disposal of the units is included? Thank you.

The exhaust fan (located in the void behind the light/heat lamps) in the bathroom has stopped working - it happened when our new ducted heating was installed. I'm hoping they bumped or accidentally disconnected it and it's a quick fix! Also, separately, the front cover on the fan/light has come off and needs to be stuck back on.
