4 LED Downlights are flickering need them to be replace and or fixed

When removing it, the circuit breaker tripped. The internal contact appears burnt/exposed. Job required: • Supply and install new compliant B22 batten holder (or advise if full fitting replacement required) • Inspect wiring for damage • Test circuit and ensure safe operation Power will be turned off at the breaker before arrival. A photo frame fell on the powerpoint and has loosened the powerpoint.

Have three smoke alarms (I think hard wired) that need inspection/test. They are beeping regularly so guessing a new battery might be required.

The unit might be narrower than the window. Could you help with sealing the gaps to ensure it's airtight and insect-proof? Does your quote include the materials needed to mount and seal the gaps around the aircon? Since this is a rental property, the installation must be easily removable so I can restore the window to its original state when I move out. House is a single storey, 1970s build double brick house, high pitched roof. Electrical board has capacity. AC units are awaiting pick up. Gyprock has been removed behind hall and bathroom walls, meaning cabling is visible and accessible.

Outdoor 10amp powerpoint needs to be changed to run a spa. We will not use the hot water in the laundry for now and get a seperate line put in the new year. Existing circuit breaker is c20.
