I’m looking for a licensed electrician to replace 5 existing wall power points in my home with modern double power points that include USB and USB-C charging ports. One of the outlets (pictured) has a damaged switch, so I’d like that one replaced along with four others in the house so they all match. I am renovating 2 apartments and require 2 oyster lights and ceiling fan to be installed . The fan has a remote with it. The old lights have been removed existing wiring remains. There maybe some other items to do.

I live in an apartment with a terrace that connects to a shared planter area. I have an indoor cat and need a low-height, secure, renter-friendly barrier installed along the planter edge of my balcony. The barrier will likely be lightweight decorative panels or screens (e.g. faux greenery / lattice style). Bathroom: replace switch panel with 3 switches (light, heat lamp and fan) Hall: replace power point (2 socket) Dining: replace power point (4 socket) Bedroom 1: relocate light switch to other side of door Bedroom 2: relocate light switch to other side of door. Gyprock has been removed behind hall and bathroom walls, meaning cabling is visible and accessible.

Outdoor 10amp powerpoint needs to be changed to run a spa. We will not use the hot water in the laundry for now and get a seperate line put in the new year. Existing circuit breaker is c20. Spa arriving Wednesday so would like to get this done Tuesday (today) or Wednesday (tomorrow). Feel free to does not include PowerPoint which you need to supply.

Job is in Hurlstone Park. I’ve already bought an identical replacement 60cm Devanti ceramic cooktop. Bench cut-out is done, unit drops straight in, existing junction box is there. I just need the old one disconnected, new one wired in and tested. Can you give me a fixed price including GST for that, assuming no switchboard issues?
