Job details: * Supply and install a split-system air conditioner * Indoor and outdoor units to be installed * Electrical connection and isolation switch as required * Refrigerant pipework and drainage to be installed * Wall penetration required for pipework/cabling * Outdoor unit to be securely mounted/installed in a suitable location * Test and commission the system after installation I can help to do the wall/ceiling penetration to run the cables/pipes Please include in price: - Installation price - Cost of AC unit (avg quality is ok - 16m^2 of space to cool/heat) (or alternatively I can supply the AC unit as well) See Drawing: Red boxes are the internal and external unit (apologies for the rough drawing)

Looking for a licensed electrician to install four pendant lights in our home in Reservoir: * 2 × HAY round paper lantern pendant lights * 1 × large oval linen pendant light * 1 × linen pendant light All light fittings/pendant components are supplied and ready to install. These will be replacing existing ceiling lights/chandeliers, so there is already wiring and ceiling points in place. The existing chandeliers will need to be removed and the new pendants fitted in their place. Ceilings are relatively high (approx. 3m), so please bring an appropriate ladder.
