Hi! I'm looking for some pre-purchase advice on the electrical system of a house that I'm about to put an offer on. Looking for an electrician who can advise on Detecting any electrical hazard. Inspection of exposed wires Checking that electrical items follow current regulations. Determining the adequacy of electrical service. Evaluating safety switches. Inspecting lighting and power points. Checking the power box Identifying out-dated wiring In particular, I'm looking to upgrade the house to make it all-electric by installing solar, changing the gas ducted to split system, changing the hot water to heat pump and upgrading the stove to induction. I highly recommend Stephen. I have a lot of negative experience dealing with tradespersons (even from reputable companies) so I try to avoid at all cost. Stephen is a rare exception, it was a breeze to get this task completed. He is very reasonable and decent and exceeded my expectation.
