Selling a house - requires fire alarm checked, any faults corrected on sockets, and we’d like a certificate provided for sale ready paperwork.

One of the safety switches in our switch box has jumped and I've unplugged everything in the house which I can find, it still wouldn't reset, I then switched off the main switch and reset that switch, it will stay up for a minute before it jumps back to off.
