Photos and feedback: If permitted, please take a walkthrough video and photos of the property, focusing on the bedrooms, study, air conditioning, and any visible defects. A written report is not necessary. A brief message afterwards highlighting anything important that may not be obvious from the photos or video would be appreciated. Current tenants: The property is occupied. Please respect the tenants' privacy, avoid touching personal belongings and only photograph or test items with permission.
