The drain pipe from kitchen is leaking from time to time, only like a drop, and not always but there’s definitely some leaking happening. 3. The shower head is too heavy and keeps falling over the rail, it needs adjustment 4. The spark on the kitchen doesn’t work ( It might be disconnected) For what I’ve seen, these should be easy to fix.
