To replace the circuit breaker. Please see attached picture. The lights in the kitchen and PowerPoint in laundry are not working. I think it needs to replace 1 the circuit. From the pic, maybe need to change circuit number 7 or number 8.

Professional electrician required to fix 7 x downlights and replace bathroom extractor fan unit 7 downlights are not working, 4 are located in lounge area and 3 are in kitchen area. 2 have missing bulb, one has missing bracket. They are old downlights and I guess the transformers also need to be replaced. Bathroom extractor fan is a 250mm unit and need to be replaced. Please quote only the labor and your airtask fee. The materials including bulbs, transformers and fan will be reimbursed if supplied or advise me so I'll buy them seperately. What and how many: Basically planned replacing 4 light switches inside the house with Deta smart switches, below link is for, 4 gang smart wifi switch https://www.bunnings.com.au/deta-grid-connect-smart-quad-gang-touch-light-switch_p0161015 Neutral wires: House is 7 years old, I think all the light switches have black, red, yellow green striped wires. (A bit odd isnt? Black and red are old scheme, I know, while yellow green striped for earthing is under new color scheme). My assumption is that there would not be any issues around not having a neutral wire. Current setup and replacement: Three '1 Gang' switches, one is for the kitchen light, second '1 gang' switch is in the dining room and it is connected to a group of 4 LED down lights, and the third '1 Gang' switch is for a single up-down lamp in the backyard. The one '4 gang' switch is in the living room, one of the switches is for the external passage light, second switch is for the external up-down LED light, third switch is connected to 6 LED down lights, 4th switch is for the internal passage single down-light. Will evaluate offers latest by Tuesday 20th. Do let me know if your quote will change if I add another 1 gang or 4 gang switch for replacement. At this point of time, I a have planned just 4 (three 1 gang and only one 4 gang) Also given pictures to give an idea of the location of the switches. None of the switches that I want to replace is 2 way switch, nor is one with a dimmer. Will be expecting completion certificate. Pls feel free to ask for more details

I have about 4 windows (pictures below) that are sealed shut (I believe because they have been painted shut and cannot be forced open or they will break).
