This ceiling wiring needs to be brought up to date as it currently outputs a female “SM 2 Pin Plug”. The replacement Downlight pictured connects to a power outlet, so assuming the wiring needs to be updated to a power outlet.

In one 8m strip of lighting that runs straight across an apartments ceiling from the kitchen to the lounge is 5 existing down lights. 5 pendant lights would be purchased and require installing as a replacement to the down lights

Just need a fan replaced with a down light as we have new bunk beds and the fan is a safety hazard due to height .
