Installing of 4 wall power sockets and setting up tv on the wall with hidden wires ,12 down lights installed in living and kitchen area

Hi, I’d like to request the installation of three motion sensors for the existing downlights in the new single-storey home. The sensors have already been purchased from Bunnings and are certified, so installation only is required. The existing downlights and wiring are already in place, and there is easy access to the roof space. The sensors are to be installed in the following areas: * One in the hallway * One in the kitchen * One in the living room

We are building a house with Coral Homes and they have allocated 18 downlights whereas we need 43. Their will be a batten light installed in all areas which will need to be replaced by a downlight and then other downlights will also need to be installed where the wiring can be connected from that initial batten light. Could you please let me know how much it will be to supply and install the additional 25 downlights once the house has been finished and we take possession. Thanks Peter
