IMPORTANT: The ground-floor ceilings are approximately 3 metres high — considerably higher than a standard residential ceiling. You will need to bring suitable ladder/access equipment for this height. The lights are already installed and fully operational. No replacement fittings or new lights are required. Scope of Work Approximately 25 downlights downstairs 18 downlights upstairs in total, including the 2 located over the staircase Change each downlight from cool white to warm white using the existing selector switch on the fitting Carefully lower each fitting enough to access the switch Change the setting and reinstall the fitting securely and flush with the ceiling Take care not to damage ceilings, paintwork, retaining clips, wiring or fittings Ceiling Height & Stair Access Ground-floor ceiling height is approximately 3 metres, NOT a standard 2.4–2.7m residential ceiling. There are also 2 downlights positioned over the staircase, which will require appropriate equipment and safe access.
