Hi looking for licensed electrician to install around 10 down light and couple of wall light on front door

Need to replace 3 ceiling fans and replace with new fans. 4 down lights (same switch) aren’t working, and would like this rectified. Budget is for Labour - Not for buying fans and down lights

I’m wanting some dimmers added to my down lights in 2 lounge rooms (one a high ceiling), dining and kitchen.

Supply and install 8 downlights in one room (lounge - also remove the three lights currently present) 4 downlights in another room (kitchen- removing the hanging light currently there) replace two downlights in the corridor with the same lights used in the other rooms (and install one extra light). install one downlight in the entrance way, install 4 downlights in bedroom removing two currently present. I have 15 downlights that I want to replace to philips hue smart downlights. I have purchased all the lights just need sparky to replace them for me. Let me know if you need any further info

Replace power points of bedroom and living room (8 provided by me) move internet wiring to another section of living room. Bathroom: Disconnect the bathrrom power points (2) before or on 6th Feb. Come and Rough in once demolition happens on 10th February for power point (2) and three in on light/fan/exhaust, two led down lights. Once sheets and tiles are in, install the products. Move the security camera wiring in the wall in the hallway. This can be done at the time of bathroom rough in.

I live in apartment in Nundah. I require a qualified electrician to install 3 x ceiling fans (with lights) 4 x downlights and 1 x track light set. This will involve removing the existing light fixtures. The fixtures have all been purchased and are just waiting for installation.

The downlights are currently set to cool and it’s too white, even with the dimmer. Can’t access the ceiling space so we need a self supporting A Frame ladder that can reach 6m high to pull out the light and flick the switch to warm. 6 lights in total. Access is fine.
