Electricity not working at office premises - need a technician to check (and possibly repair).

We have taken down an old pergola and gave a couple of cables to disconnect and secure

Installation of 10 dimmable LED downlights, 6 pendant lights (3 of which will need new two way switch installation) - all lights will be supplied. Licensed electrician with public liability insurance needed.

Needing a bigger/ circuit change to install an oven in our extension kitchenette. We also need to add an another power outlet (and possibly change circuit) our dishwasher and in-tap water chiller & heater. The 3 devices are too much and tripping the breaker if all 3 are running.

To install a power point from our basement store room to our undercover parking spot, both on the same level. Approximate length is 30 meters.

Two days of electrical work for licensed electrician Kitchen - Disconnect oven, stove, rangehood, dishwasher. We have someone coming in to demolish the kitchen but we need a sparky to disconnect appliances beforehand. Shed - Supply and install 4 red power points (see photo) - Install 4 light fittings (I'll supply) - Setup cable for AC to connect to - Mount a TV with cables hidden behind wall (I'll supply mount) - Supply and install an ethernet port to connect devices to the internet. The shed is at the street level and there's a 25m long outdoor staircase to get to our house (see photo), so the task involves supply and install of a cable in conduit from the house (where the modem is) to the shed. We do currently have conduits running underneath the stairs, but unsure if they can be used to run your new network cable. - Remove three outdoor lights. Install 3 Philips Hue Lily instead (I'll supply lights and cable). - Move outdoor GPO down the wall The shed does not have gyprock walls yet (see photo). So we can do rough in on the first day before the gyprockers put up the wall, and fit-off on the second day later on. The shed doesn't have a sub board. It does have lights at the moment, and two power points. We want to remove those and replace with the new setup (4 lights, 4 double GPOs).

Remove old manual door lock Install new door lock (electronic) New item is boxes and instructional video can be provided for installation. Must have your own tools and be a locksmith or handy enough to be able to install this lock.

I want perminat power plug in our office ceiling. We have power cabeling running though but we need to install a power point. FYI the power is running up the black conduit into the ceiling tiles in photo.

Need an electrician to make a new outdoor powerpoint near to the ground. Directly below an existing powerpoint by down the bottom of the wall.

Have an IXL in a bathroom and need it removed and replaced with 2 standard downlights. I have the downlights already.

My unit has a ceiling lamp in the middle of the lounge that’s got it’s own switch I would like an electrician to re-wire that middle lamp and to add 4 downlights around the room. You’ll need to drill holes in the ceiling Would possibly get the same done to the kitchen and bedroom but quote me for the living area

Electrician needed to install two ring flood light cameras. One is close to fuse box and the other is across the house near the door.
