Hi there, I'm looking to have some minor concrete work done at my house in Torrensville to make room for a new heat pump hot water system. The unit is about 640 mm wide, and I'm hoping to install it in the narrow passageway down the side of our house. The problem is there's a raised concrete strip running along the wall, which means the unit would sit quite far out into the passageway. I'm wondering whether it would be possible to either: Extend the concrete to create a level base for the unit to sit on, flush with the existing strip. Cut out a section of the existing concrete so the unit can sit closer to the wall. I've attached a photo so you can see what I mean. Would this be something you'd be able to help with? I'm not sure which option would be more practical, so I'd be keen to get your advice and an idea of what each might cost. My Bosch heat pump dryer series 8 keeps flashing the error code of the water not draining (as shown in image). I've cleaned the filters and nothing is blocking it from getting drained from my end. I'm assuming something internal needs to be fixed.

Description: I need assistance removing a heat pump dryer from a custom laundry cabinet, connecting the drain hose at the rear, and placing the dryer back onto the shelf. Job details: Heat pump dryer is already installed on a shelf above the washing machine. The dryer is not screwed or fixed to the cabinet. The drain outlet is on the rear of the dryer, so it needs to be lifted out to access it. Connect the supplied drain hose to the rear outlet. Reinstall the dryer onto the shelf and ensure it is level and operating correctly. No electrical or plumbing modifications required—just connect the drain hose. Requirements: -> This is a two-person lift, so either: bring a second person, or be comfortable working with me to safely lift the dryer. -> Experience moving or installing washing machines/dryers is preferred. -> Please bring any basic tools that may be helpful (although none are expected to be required).
