Need service and/or repair AstralPool Viron Pool heat pump seems to be working except it no longer heats. - water is flowing through - air is blowing out (sometimes switches off again) - display indicates it is working - wifi app says “compressor status” = standby

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to install an outdoor weatherproof power point for a new heat pump. Scope of work: • Install 1 x outdoor weatherproof GPO (power point) on the external wall in the location I’ll show you. • Power is already available on that wall: • Existing internal power point directly behind the desired location, and • Another existing power point approx. 10 metres away on the same wall outside. • You can choose the best option to tap into, as long as it complies with regulations and load requirements. • Outdoor power point unit will be supplied by me. • You to supply all other materials: cable, conduit/trunking, fixings, etc. • Test the circuit, ensure it’s RCD‑protected, and provide any required certificate of electrical safety/compliance. Requirements: • Must be a licensed electrician (please include licence number in your offer). • Experience with external/weatherproof power points. • Clean, tidy work and must make good any small penetrations made. Timing: • Flexible on day and time – ideally within the next 1–2 weeks. Pool Heat Pump– Compressor Humming & Shutting Off Likely Capacitor. My pool heat pump has stopped heating properly. The fan still runs, but the compressor makes a loud humming sound for 2–3 seconds, then shuts off, and this cycle repeats. The water temp stays stuck around 23°C even though the system is set to the mid-30s. The unit is 6 years old, and based on symptoms, this is almost certainly a run/start capacitor failure on the compressor side. I need a technician who can: • diagnose the issue • replace the faulty capacitor (likely 30–80 µF depending on model) • check compressor startup and system function • ensure proper heating output

Hi, I’m looking for a joiner who can help with a small custom laundry project. The stone benchtop and the sink must remain unchanged. Scope of work: 1.Create a tall cabinet structure on the right side of the laundry – From benchtop to ceiling – Left side needs a full-height panel – Right side can be fixed to the wall – All work must be reversible (no glue on stone) 2.Build a strong platform/shelf above the benchtop to hold a heat pump dryer 3.Install an overhead cabinet above the dryer (height around 60cm) 4.No modifications to the stone benchtop, sink, plumbing or tiles Could you please share some of your past projects if you’ve done similar laundry? my dryer keeps showing an error message saying “the water tank is full, please empty and continue the cycle.” But the hose is connected straight to the sink drain, so it should be draining automatically. It seems like either water might be coming back up the hose, making the dryer think the tank is full, or the hose itself might be blocked. If someone could check it out, I’d really appreciate it. No rush..

Haier heat pump dryer purchased on 2022. Water not collecting in water tank and clothes come out steaming when door is open mid cycle. Which never used to happen. Filters have been thoroughly cleaned.

Ecogenica model Eg-215f, Failed capacitor or tripped safety switch issue. 15mm tempering valve has been replaced same issue. Recall for where the control panel inside the heat pump unit hasn't been touched just out of warranty 2yrs & 3 months now. Warranty 2 yrs. Need quote on repairs. Thanks in advance.
