Hi, I need an electrician for a couple of jobs please. 1, install new plug behind stove on wall. 2, fix ceiling spot lights in kitchen, there are 3 lights and 2 regularly flicker on or off, the middle one always works though. 3, fix ceiling spot lights in lounge, there are 4 spot lights and one of them, always the same one, doesn't even turn on. Electrical compliance inspector reported they cannot service the smoke alarms since they are connected to a non functional/problematic security system. I need someone to either fix the security system or disconnect it. Can't get hold of the original installer
