I need an existing ceiling pendant light to be moved to a new corner. It will need a new switch as I want the existing one to be filled by downlight. So in short, moving a pendant light, putting a downlight in place of the pendant light.

Must provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety upon completion. Please confirm if your quote includes the supply of the LED strips and basic rough-in materials. Pendant by us.

Electrical compliance inspector reported they cannot service the smoke alarms since they are connected to a non functional/problematic security system. I need someone to either fix the security system or disconnect it. Can't get hold of the original installer
