Reposting the job as I had to make an emergency overseas travel. Needed to replace 3 cartridges for basin mixer taps. Phoenix brand. See attached pics for details of 45mm flat cartridges. Tried buying cartridges from Bunnings, but they won’t sit in the faucet. Guess we need to replace mixers. I am happy to procure three mixers. Open for combined offer as well. No hot water coming in two taps, hence ned them done ASAP.

I need someone to remove two small olive tree stumps in the garden strip next to my driveway. The trees have already been cut, but the stumps and roots remain. 2 leaking taps need to be fixed

House got long loud beeps middle of the night. Need someone to come and check both smoke and carbon monoxide detector.

Need a licensed plumber to replace two taps — one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. Old taps need to be removed and new taps installed properly. Please bring your own tools. New taps can be provided by me
