Two of the bathroom taps needs to be put on properly again it’s not turning properly to turn on and off the water

Hello, The bedroom cabinetry in the attached photo has been recently professionally removed. The removal has consequently resulted in some damage to the plaster paper along with a minor hole. Removal has also exposed gaps in the skirting boards in carpet where the cabinetry was installed. I would like for the walls to be repaired, along with skirtings and carpet gaps. Painting is optional.

Dry wall needs touch ups, repair, remove of a hole patch up and resealed correctly and another hole in the garage (different paints). The hole is a product from bunnings that was stuffed in there and painted over with the paint, but is still very noticeable. So removing and redoing would be optimal. Would need to sand down and repaint for touching up of the paint around the house. As there are paint marks and discolouring around the walls There have also been peeling and chips of the drywall which will need repair if possible. Also if you have a ladder to change a small ceiling downlight bulb near the tv stand.

3 taps that are dripping - probably needs new washers

I require a plumber to replace the taps and spout in our bathroom. The spout is broken and not usable at the moment.

Leakage in taps need to fix that

Removal of a tree and several shrubs (including their stumps)

Fill in Patio gaps with cement sheeting. There are 4 sides, photos attached.

Replace 2 x washers as I have two sinks with two sets of leaking taps

We have a leaking shower, and medium collapse ceiling due to it, need to seal the shower and fix the ceiling.

After someone to just chop these Yakkas/Yuccas down to the stump and take the waste. Don’t need stump removal.
