Compliance & Testing Ensure all sub-circuits, breakers, and RCBOs are clearly labeled by phase in the switchboard. Test 3-phase phase rotation and verify balanced export limitations per distribution network (DNSP) regulations. Coordinate distributor and retailer bookings. Provide Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) upon completion. I know this will be in the thousands $$$ ignore the $100 budget.

Looking for a licensed electrician to fix flickering GU10 downlight. The circuit has 6 LED downlights. One particular downlight socket/fitting seem to have an issue: * When an LED globe is installed in this socket, only 3 of the 6 LED elements within that individual globe illuminate or it flickers. * I tested the same LED globe in another socket and all 6 LED elements illuminate normally, so the globe itself appears to be working correctly. * The other downlights are generally working. I suspect there may be an issue with the GU10 socket/lampholder, connection or wiring, but would like a licensed electrician to diagnose the actual cause. Licensed electrician only. Please advise whether your offer includes call-out, labour and basic replacement parts.
