Licensed electrician wanted for several jobs at my relatively new townhouse in Donnybrook. Most new points are close to existing GPOs/antenna outlets. No ceiling cavity access, so minimal wall damage is preferred. Inside: 1. Pantry GPO 2. Under-sink GPO 3. Kitchen benchtop GPO 4. Office walk-in GPO 5. High-wall bedroom GPO. Existing TV GPO is lower down on the same wall. 6. High-wall bedroom TV antenna point. Existing antenna outlet is lower down on the same wall. 7. Stair light and switch installation (spotlight with diffused lens preferred). Outside: 8. Drill a suitable hole for mounting a battery-powered Google Nest Doorbell (no hardwiring). Please inspect and confirm what is practical, including cable routing and any access requirements, before starting. All electrical work must be completed by a licensed electrician. Ideally, all jobs can be completed in one visit. Please provide an itemised quote including labour, materials and GST.

Looking for a licensed electrician to fix flickering GU10 downlight. The circuit has 6 LED downlights. One particular downlight socket/fitting seem to have an issue: * When an LED globe is installed in this socket, only 3 of the 6 LED elements within that individual globe illuminate or it flickers. * I tested the same LED globe in another socket and all 6 LED elements illuminate normally, so the globe itself appears to be working correctly. * The other downlights are generally working. I suspect there may be an issue with the GU10 socket/lampholder, connection or wiring, but would like a licensed electrician to diagnose the actual cause. Licensed electrician only. Please advise whether your offer includes call-out, labour and basic replacement parts.
