I am seeking a licensed electrician to inspect & diagnose a bathroom exhaust fan/ventilation issue at a unit in Frankston. Following a recent property inspection, the bathroom (ceiling) exhaust fan was identified as potentially providing inadequate ventilation because it's not directly above the shower (see the attached photos). The property manager, mentioned evidence of mould and peeling paint on the bathroom/toilet ceiling & walls. The purpose of this job is to identify the cause of the ventilation issue before mould treatment and repainting works. Scope of work * Inspect the existing bathroom exhaust fan. * Test whether the fan is operating correctly and is extracting effectively. * Check electrical supply, switch operation and connections. * Check (where reasonably accessible), whether ducting or external exhaust arrangements may be contributing to poor performance. * Advise if the current fan location is likely contributing to inadequate moisture extraction. * Identify the likely cause of the ventilation issue. * Complete minor repairs if required and practical within the agreed fixed price. When submitting an offer, please confirm: * You are currently a licensed electrician in Victoria. * Your experience with bathroom exhaust fans and ventilation systems. * Your fixed price for the inspection/diagnosis. * Details of any minor repairs included within the quoted price. Important This job is not initially for replacement of the exhaust fan. I'm looking for a qualified electrician or suitably licensed person to wire up five vintage ship lamp housings. The job includes: Wiring each lamp with the supplied cord Installing the supplied inline switch Fitting the supplied Australian power plug No globes are required The completed work must be safe, professionally finished, and compliant with Australian electrical standards. I'll supply all cords, inline switches, and plugs. The lamp housings are currently unwired. Ideally, I'm looking for someone located close to Seaford who can pick up the lamps, complete the work, and drop them back when finished. Please let me know your qualifications, experience with similar work, and your quote for completing all five lamps.
