Remove and dispose of the existing faulty 90 cm rangehood. Supply and install Westinghouse 90cm Stainless Steel Universal Rangehood – 3 Speed. Configure the rangehood for recirculated operation, including appropriate filtration. Secure the rangehood in accordance with manufacturer installation requirements. Test and confirm correct operation upon completion. Make safe the disconnected induction cooktop by: Isolating the electrical supply. Properly terminating and enclosing all exposed cabling to eliminate electrical risk. Ensuring all electrical works comply with AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules.

Lights work but power points are dead. RCD stays on but won’t trip on test. Breakers reset. Suspect failed RCD or neutral fault. • Lights are working, but many power points are dead (kitchen outlets, fridge, living room TV). • All C16 power circuit breakers have been reset (OFF → ON) with no change. • The RCD / safety switch appears ON, but pressing the TEST button does NOT trip it. • This occurred after connecting a newly wired coffee machine, but the appliance is now fully unplugged. Underneath the eaves on one of the side sides of our house, is a whole bunch of wires and old Telstra boxes. I don’t thinany of these are hooked up to any electricity any more. I need someone to come in and clean them up so that the cords aren’t sticking out because we have a builder coming out to put eaves up.
