My parents have had issues with their home wifi of which the current provider is Telstra through the Nbn and it is currently not operating at all. They have a Netgear Orbi system installed throughout the house as it is a large house and have multiple tv’s using Greek TV boxes, Sonos Audio which are connected to the internet and as such are also not working. I require someone to do some troubleshooting as to the reason why the connection to the internet through the Nbn is not working (they are using a 4g temp connection atm) as Telstra and Nbn are both not the best at providing solutions which is extremely frustrating so an experienced IT Technician would be most suitable for this job as Telstra techs came out and they are blaming the Nbn and Nbn is blaming Telstra. Identify fault, get system back up and running again ensuring, or I, tv boxes and Sonos are all working correctly.

I have two new pendant lights that I would like to install in the ceiling. To replace down lights. This will require cutting the plaster to place the new lights.

Our old office has hardwired flush mounted ceiling lights which we’d like to replace. We will supply the new lights after being advised which are the best to buy. Please note these old lights are HARD WIRED. You will need to supply and install plug bases. They are 90mm lights and we will replace with 90mm lights. Ceilings are 3m. 3 lights in lobby, 3 on landing and 20ish in office. The office can be accessed on Fridays, weekends and late night if needed.
