A power socket has popped out of place and needs to be fixed. Should be a simple job for someone who has the skills

Most of these lights have gone out and I was told I have to replace the whole thing. (Is it true?) I’m looking for an electrician to remove the fixture and just replace with other fixtures. The single power point outlet in my laundry room of my apartment (1970’s build) has broken.
