Hi there, My washing machine needs connecting to the bathroom sink so that the water comes out of the outlet into the sink pipes during the cycles. I'm thinking to get a white PVC and change the under sink system to connect the new pipes, we will need to do a hole to the sink cabinet and also attach the washing machine pipe neatly to the wall to feed it through and past/behind the toilet which is between the sink and washing machine. I also need a kitchen sink tap repaired as it is leaking when turned on.

My Esatto top loader washing machine isn’t washing my clothes. The drum fills up, but the agitator on the bottom lifts up mid-cycle and floats to the top. I have tightened it with a screwdriver multiple times but it keeps unscrewing. The washing machine CAN complete a spin cycle/drain water, but won’t spin during the “wash” cycle. Meaning the clothes are effectively floating in water. The belt is in tact and unworn, the pipes are clear and draining. The filter appears ok from what I can tell. Price is to inspect the machine/identify the fault and tell me if it’s worth fixing or I need to replace the machine. If it is worth fixing, a quote for repair can then be negotiated. The machine is only max 3 years old.

New apartment. Cannot connect washing machine hose to cold tap due to insufficient space between the tap outlet and adjacent existing pipes. Picture explains the problem.
