The good thing is that the apartment is next to "the under side" of the soffit so the Condenser unit can run back up the brickwork to the soffit and then through the ceiling to the unit. The distance is roughly 6m measured from condenser to the indoor unit. The unit is a TECO TWS-TSO35H3DVJT 3.50kW PLATINUM 3D DC INVERTER SPLIT SERIES R32 The Outdoor dimensions (H x W x D) mm 549 x 810 x 305. Flexible on time to install. You will need however a 5 meter ladder. There will one of our crew to assist you with "holding the ladder" and to pull through any cable if required. electrician attended site. all working. circulation vent installed in laundry. needs a service. solid machines never had issues but electrolux have terrible customer service and i would rather pay someone who is worthy. Their tradesman are nice but the company are not. its just a stacked washer dryer in a laundry. the budget of $100 is to come and have a look and if its a quick fix then so be it but following that we will pay $80 / hour. we've run the place for 6 years so are fairly aware of this.
