Hi, I’m looking for a licensed electrician to complete a ceiling fan replacement in my apartment. The existing fan is being replaced because the remote has been lost (fan no longer usable, though light previously worked). The new fan is already mounted to the ceiling bracket but hasn’t been wired/connected due to uncertainty with the existing wiring. The previous fan (light + fan) was working, so power is available at the ceiling point. NOTE: HIGH CEILING (3.2m) but ceiling is flat/ horizontal (not at angle). I am looking for a licensed electrician to: 1. Install ceiling fan in main apartment bedroom. Ceiling and nearby walls are gyprock. The fan will be provided. 2. Drill 6 holes in masonry/brick wall to install shelving. Need to avoid any potential live wires.

I have 2 x haiku L fans from big ass fans and I need these installed into 2 separate bedrooms. I have added photos of the bedroom ceilings and my rough preferred location. These do not have lights and will not be replacing existing lights.
