Hello, We require an URGENT call-out from a licensed A-Grade Electrician to address two electrical issues at our retail store, in Greensborough Plaza. The Issues (2 Parts): 1. Fallen Downlight : A recessed LED downlight has fallen out of its socket in the main sales floor ceiling and is now hanging by its electrical wires. This is a significant electrical and physical safety hazard. 2. Switchboard Tripping: We have also been experiencing an issue where a fuse/breaker on our switchboard trips intermittently overnight, requiring a reset in the morning. The scope of work includes: 1. For the Downlight: Safely isolating power, inspecting the wiring and ceiling socket, and securely re-installing the downlight. 2. For the Switchboard: While on-site, perform a general inspection of our switchboard to identify any potential cause for the intermittent tripping and provide recommendations. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured A-Grade Electrician in Victoria. - You must have your own tools, diagnostic equipment, and a suitable ladder for a commercial ceiling height. - Experience with commercial electrical fault-finding is essential.
