I am looking for someone to help me set up an email template for my work which I can send out to clients after they attend an appointment. I have already created the template and have it saved as an HTML file but whenever I tried to upload it onto my email it is just an attachment rather than the body of the email. My understanding is that I just need to change a few setting but I don’t have the capacity to try and sort it out at the moment. I would like the template/email saved for easy access so I can just pop in someone’s email and send it off after I see them. My Surface Laptop 3 is running really slow and the built-in reset says it “can’t find the recovery environment.” I need someone experienced with Windows/Surface devices to: Create a recovery USB (or similar method) Fully wipe the laptop Reinstall Windows clean Update drivers and firmware Make sure it’s running smoothly after the reinstall No files need to be backed up.
