My computer had 4 screens set up through a thinkpad connector, I moved the setup to a different part of the room now the screens through the connector I can get to work. Not good with this stuff. Also CarPlay in my car won’t connect. Please assist

Hi i got the fibre premises nbn installed and have a smart modem from Telstra. No matte what i try including chat gpt directions it says connected on tv but then says no internet. I think its the tv not the modem or connection as ipad connects. Its probably simple but i have been trying for 2 days now. Please help
