Scope of work: Run approx. 12–13m CAT 6 and HDMI cable via wall/ceiling cavity Path: living room wall → up to ceiling (~2.5m) → across ceiling (~6m) → down to office wall (~2.5m) Install clean wall entry/exit points (ideally wall plates for a neat finish) Ensure cable is safely routed and secured within wall/ceiling Additional notes: * Property is a rental, so clean and minimal-impact work is important. * Happy to pay separately for materials if that’s easier or more cost-effective. * We can discuss a suitable date/time that works for both of us * Really appreciate if you could do a site visit beforehand (preferably free) if needed to assess the job.
