We have 4 phone extensions using line hunting system of the AVAYA IP Office 500 V2 model. Line hunting is provided by Telstra. We would like to book a technician with knowledge about AVAYA to fix the issue as our line hunting function is lost, which means when one phone rang, the other will not receive calls (but it should and always did before)> We have checked with Telstra and their 2 phone lines provided for line hunting still works.
