HI, I got issues with my computer and it keeps showing automatic repair loops. I had tried everything such as reboot and every possible actions have been done. but still not working. Are you able to fix it? If yes, how long would that take approximately from your early diagnosis? Also, can I know the rate? Does it cover the whole process? And I would like to recover all data, are you able to ensure that too?

Im thinking i need computer/laptop formatted and windows 10 installed. Just want to start fresh, were so many problems to begin with and now just goes to black screen after friend 'played' with it. My notebook is in a loop and I am gettingvthe message : "your pc ran into a problem and it needs to be restarted". The pc is in a loop and cannot be restarted. I could download a copy of windows 10 online and install it using an usb; however, I do not have another pc available to download it.
