Unfortunately, I selected the new version of Microsoft Outlook when installing the latest Microsoft 365 and it is not permitting me to go back to the original Outlook, I need some IT assistance to revert two computers back to the original version of Outlook as the new version is horrible

Hello, I am looking for some help with work email set up. We have IMAP emails and they aren’t working well on my Apple computer and iPad. Issues: - Asks to re enter password all the time when already entered the correct password - Attachments take very long time to load - Sometimes new emails do not come through but they come through on iPhone Microsoft outlook app It’s giving us lots of headaches and our hosting provider is no help.

My 5 year old laptop computer is running on Windows 10 and is running a little slow with memory issues. I am experiencing issues with my Outlook program where it often freezers due to a growing mailbox across multiple emails. I need help with cleaning up the folders and restoring the Outlook so that it does not freeze and performs better.

Outlook is auto deleting emails in some folders, but not all folders. I have looked and AutoArchive is disabled overall & in those folders. About 9 months ago I tried deleting some very specific emails in a range of folders and sometime after that I noticed some emails being auto deleted. It occurs just after opening the folder, they just vanish. I have tried searching for them under 'All Outlook Items' and cannot find them anywhere
