Old laptops, Bios firmware got corrupted. There is no internal recovery possible. You will require experience with external usb recovery. Its dell xps 9530 - pretty old laptop I am looking for $0 call out fees, no fix no charge. But willing to pay *twohundred$ if my laptop can be brought back to life and window 10 be installed.

Lenovo laptop constantly reboots/freezes/black screen/blue screen sometimes . Unresolved after clean install of windows 10.
