Help for my elderly mum (88years) with her new Samsung IPad doing facebook, emails, google and youtube for a few hours. I need a computer geek / geekess who can save my sanity. See below. Problem No 1 When deleting emails from one computer / iphone – they do not delete from all the devices. I would like this fixed. Problem No. 2 I am with ventraip – but when I use outlook and try to send an email it sends it to draft instead of sending to client address. Problem No. 3 I can’t keep track of all my accounts / emails they are set up under / passwords – I can’t remember which account they are under and my iphone apps all need resetting because I have changed phone. Am going quietly insane. Problem No. 4 I am sure I will come up with more problems before I can get anyone out here to help me get my shite together.

A few weeks ago, I asked Apple customer service for help and the customer service officer wiped my data and connections. This has had a significant negative impact on my mental health because I am a pensioner with disabilities including agoraphobia and I rely heavily on my technology for support. I've managed to get some of it back but I'm struggling to connect my laptop with my printer and labeller. I need someone who has great knowledge of technology but who is also sensitive and patient. The price is firm as this is how much I can afford.

Quite a few months ago we lost wifi connection to our HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 Printer & Netflix on our Smart TV. We are with Telstra. The telstra box has 5 places for lights to be illuminated. 3 lights are on but the Mobile Mode & Mobile Signal are not lit. When they used to flicker on & off. Someone came in & attached the printer to Lan 1 with Ethernet Cable. Which works. However we would like Netflix to work as well. I'm wondering if it is the Telstra Box. I did phone & they were baffled why the mobile lights were not lit. Can anyone help on site.

Hi I need assistance with my laptop please, I don't understand a few issues at hand & don't want to mess with it

I want/need to upgrade my PC's motherboard and CPU and would like to hire someone competent with PC builds to assist with this. I will pay for the parts and will need someone to simply install everything and ensure it is all booting correctly. I am happy with my GPU, RAM, and SSDs hence why I'm opting to upgrade rather than build new. Happy to take any advice.
