Currently have a Swann camera system set up and have had some issues. Have been told from Swann I need to update my DVR but never done before. I can purchase the USB flash drive but need a camera expert for some help. I need a computer geek / geekess who can save my sanity. See below. Problem No 1 When deleting emails from one computer / iphone – they do not delete from all the devices. I would like this fixed. Problem No. 2 I am with ventraip – but when I use outlook and try to send an email it sends it to draft instead of sending to client address. Problem No. 3 I can’t keep track of all my accounts / emails they are set up under / passwords – I can’t remember which account they are under and my iphone apps all need resetting because I have changed phone. Am going quietly insane. Problem No. 4 I am sure I will come up with more problems before I can get anyone out here to help me get my shite together.

A few weeks ago, I asked Apple customer service for help and the customer service officer wiped my data and connections. This has had a significant negative impact on my mental health because I am a pensioner with disabilities including agoraphobia and I rely heavily on my technology for support. I've managed to get some of it back but I'm struggling to connect my laptop with my printer and labeller. I need someone who has great knowledge of technology but who is also sensitive and patient. The price is firm as this is how much I can afford.
