I have been having compromised Apple ID’s for years and been put on activation lock for 24 hours 4 times in 5 years. There is definitely compromise over my email, MacBook and phone. I need someone who can walk my through securing my devices, mainly at work and knowing how to prevent this from happening. I have tried everything advised by apple, work IT person but nothing seems to work. I need a cyber specialist (preferable for Mac and Microsoft )

I am finding it impossible to re-establish my email feed. It demands a user name and IMAP account! Whassat? I have lost my Apple passwords as well! Stuck. Tried everything I can. I can access Web Mail but it's slow and clunky. Note - I am in a care home as I lost the use of my legs recentlty (but not my mind). I am virtually paraplegic. Not a problem. - visitors are welcome.
