Install IKEA kitchen and laundry cabinets and a wardrobe. Approx 10 cabinets in total. Benchtop not included in install. Kitchen is approx 2.2x1.9m. Budget is a guess only.

Laundry shelves and frame need replacing, benchtop is fine. Washing machine benchtop on left and drawer need replacing. Bathroom shelf and doors need replacing.

Build two custom MDF shelving columns over an existing slat wall. The slat wall remains exposed at the back of the alcoves. The center section needs a standard smooth drywall/painted finish with a precise cutout for a soundbar and an open center display alcove with backing slats. All wires must be hidden. Please quote for high-quality labor only. You must supply your own tools and track saw. Existing Wall: The wall is double brick with plasterboard and dark wood timber slats already fully installed. The Design: We are building over the existing slats. The slats must remain intact and visible as the back face inside the shelving alcoves and the lower decor niche. Anchoring: No ceiling or floor modifications required. The framework can be securely anchored directly into the double brick wall using masonry anchors through the slat gaps

Looking for an experienced IKEA kitchen installer or cabinet maker to install pre-assembled IKEA overhead wall cabinets in my kitchen during the 2nd week of August. The cabinets are already assembled, so no flat-pack assembly is required. Job includes: * Install IKEA suspension rail * Hang and secure all overhead cabinets. * Ensure all cabinets are level and securely fixed. * Install all cabinet doors and handles. * Align and adjust all doors. * Cut and fit any required filler/end panels for a neat finish top and side * Remove the existing rangehood. * Install the new integrated IKEA rangehood into the overhead cabinet. * Connect the rangehood ducting (if required). * Clean up after installation. Please note: * Cabinets, handles, panels and the new integrated rangehood will all be supplied. * The integrated rangehood cabinet has already been prepared by IKEA. * If electrical work is required, I will arrange a licensed electrician separately. I only require the physical installation of the cabinets and rangehood. On a fortnightly basis starting with the garden, tidying it up, weeding, sorting out the garden beds, taking care of plants and retic. Then when that is under control or on the non growing season moving time onto property maintenance like gutters, pavers etc while keeping the garden in order. I would appreciate someone who can identify areas of improvement and improve the look of my property over time. I am thinking this might suit a monthly service fee over a couple of years until I no longer need the service.
