Upgrading a pantry to a butlers pantry with IKEA units... the only help I really need is putting everything in its place, making sure the bench top is put together properly (straight edges and level and) a few straight cuts on filler pieces, screwing it into studs while the electrician wires everything in... Looking for 1x carpenter to lay timber hybrid flooring over the top of existing vinyl flooring in beauty salon which is total 65m - broken up into reception/hallway/4 rooms. Timber screening on top section of rooms to hide section. This spans roughly 3m by 12m and the screening section will vary but for the 12m stretch is around 500mm high and then the 3m straight around 2m high. In addition to this I need to cut open two doorways into next doors premises which is also owned + add doors. All materials will be supplied + 1x able labour hand who will be there the entire time and can cut/pass/lay etc. Because of the salon having to close, looking at 2x big days next Monday Oct 27/Tuesday Oct 28 (around 12 hours a day) - 6am > 6pm The idea is to get the majority done in this time frame and then can tick into normal hours the remainder of the week to do some other tidying up, tv niche and some room re-config next door. All work will be on hourly rate of $75 an hour. All tools for these jobs are required. It's inside and with no clients + in air-conditioning. Rate is quoted based on the 2 day at 12 hours at $75 an hour. It's understood that this will change for the following days (likely 3-4 days at 8 hours a day on top to be also charged)

We need 8 chairs and two tables sanded ready for staining. We have managed to scrub the chairs back quite a bit but the tables require a bit of work.

I require a snake cage made with sliding glass doors. I also require a sliding shelf made for an appliance cupboard so I can pull out a coffee machine when in use. I have timber panels from disassembled cabinetry that can be reused for the snake cage. I will need the shelf and the runners for the slide out and the glass doors or at least the grooves so I can get the doors made.

A fix decorative internal wood sheeting to two walls , 2 m x 2.2 and 3 x 2.2 approx . Cutting off panels maybe required . These panels are available from Bunnings and other suppliers eg woodupp

The seating next to the central table on my boat needs to be extended to hold 8 batteries. Ontop needs a lid that gives easy access, while being able to support a small foam attress for a day bed. Total size is roughly 1.5m by 1.5m. Half the table and one of the steel supports will be removed to make space.

Needing someone to restore the wood on some furniture that’s on our balcony. Looks like it will need a light sanding and application of an appropriate protective finish. The wood has become a bit dull and faded from the weather. Not sure how long this would take so happy to negotiate a price. Will need guidance on what finishing product to buy. You will need your own tools. Furniture includes a 2 seater couch and 2 single chairs. I’ve added a photo where a section of the wood is faded and a photo where it’s not.

Build flat pack cabinet and remove packing materials

We have a small room under the house and want to turn it into a Storeroom. So it needs a door and where the window was we would like a solid bit of Ply or similar.

Attn handyman or cabinet maker.. I’ve got some custom cabinets that have already been put together. They’re too heavy to lift upstairs. I need someone to dismantle them and put them back together upstairs with the kicks etc. Located in Buderim and happy to give you a hand if need be.
