Looking for an experienced tradesperson to carry out internal renovation work, including: Blocking up existing doorways. Creating new door openings. Removing and replacing existing stud walls. Constructing new stud walls. Framing and installing door openings. General internal carpentry and framing work. Making good and preparing altered areas for plastering/finishing. Looking for someone experienced in residential renovations, with good attention to detail and a quality finish. Also some electrical work and a new toilet putting in. We’re looking for an experienced carpenter or skilled handyman to modify an existing timber bench at the front of our café in Buddina. The current bench is bar-height, and we’d like it cut down to standard bench-seat height so we can place small bistro tables in front of it for customer seating. The job will likely involve: * Cutting the existing timber structure down to the new height. * Rebuilding/reinforcing the frame as required. * Refitting the timber top. * Sanding and leaving a neat, professional finish (painting/oiling not essential unless discussed). The existing bench is solid timber and securely fixed in place. We’re looking for someone who has the right tools and experience to ensure the finished result is strong, level, and suitable for commercial use.

Need some timber frame walls built for an internal renovation of a house would suit a carpenter for a day - Due date: Before Tuesday, 28 November 2023

I have a large timber deck and the nails holding the slats down are popping up by about 3-4 mm. If possible I would like someone to replace the wrong nails with screws to rectify this. The deck area is about 60m2. Happy for someone to measure properly to quote accurately. - Due date: Flexible
