Raise the bottom door frame that has the rail for the bi-fold doors by 25mm so that rain water from balcony does not enter the house. After removing the bottom timber, seal underneath to be water tight with sealant, then reinstall timber with additional piece to raise the whole bottom level by 25mm. Any materials needed will be supplied. Quote for your time only. Steps for this task: - 1. remove bottom piece of timber 2. Inspect the floor for gaps and seal 3. Make up new piece to raise the base of the floor by up to 25mm 4. trim doors to suit new height 5. Apply varnish to cut areas of timber before installing again 6. Install new pieces to new height I have all the tools necessary such as track saw, chisels, etc. or provide and use your own. - Due date: Flexible

The photo shows a bedroom and the wall isn't flat. I would like a timber feature built and affixed to the wall which will give a flat surface, centre to the room for the bed placement. In theory, I'm picturing a frame fixed to the wall and cladded with timber battens. I have the cladding. The cladding is acoustic felt and timber. The sheets are 13kg each (need to use 2.5). Overall 1530 × 2800. Due date: Flexible, but soon. Inspection any day but install, week days only.
