I have a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house that requires some ceiling and wall repairs and repainting. There are some areas with stains, mould and bubbling paint. I have attached photos showing the affected areas. I would like quotes for the following: Option 1 – Patch/repair only Treat/remove the mould and stains where required. Scrape/patch the affected ceiling areas. Remove the bubbling/affected section of the wall. Prepare and repaint only the repaired/affected areas. Option 2 – Full repaint of affected rooms Please also provide a separate quote to repaint the entire ceiling/walls of the lounge area, kitchen and Bedroom 1, rather than only patching the affected sections. Additional wall area There is also approximately a 2m × 2m wall area with stains/mould that needs: Mould/stain treatment and preparation Removal of any bubbling or damaged paint Repainting Please include labour and materials in your quote and specify whether mould treatment/preparation, patching and repainting are included. I am mainly looking for a professional finish suitable for a rental property. Please refer to the attached photos when providing your quote. If possible, please provide separate prices for patching only and full repainting, as I would like to compare both options.

We have an IKEA Pax in half our wardrobe but not enough hanging space. We have tried to DIY the right of the photo with extendable hangers from online but they keep folding down so are wanting a better solution to maximize storage in this area
