I need someone to plane and sand back the timber wall and ceiling lining in my 160sqm house.

I’m looking for someone experienced in sink resurfacing, reglazing or re-enamelling to restore an older bathroom/laundry sink. The sink has significant yellow/brown staining around the drain that professional bond cleaners were unable to remove. I’m unsure whether the sink is ceramic, enamel or acrylic, so I’d like someone experienced to assess the surface and recommend the appropriate repair. Ideally, I’d like the sink restored to a clean, uniform white finish.

We need an experienced polished concrete grinding or exposed-aggregate flooring specialist to repair the unfinished areas around the door and blend it with the surrounding polished exposed-aggregate floor. The finished area should match the existing colour, aggregate exposure, level and polish as closely as possible, creating a flush and consistent finish. Need someone to sand and refinish the floor.

I’m looking for some help woodworking and carrying a heavy plywood desk up the stairs. I'm wanting to have the desk width sawed 85cm narrower (cutting off the back of the legs & tabletop as indicated in images, to remove the uneven edges), potentially refinishing, and then lifting it up a narrow staircase. Technically the desk does fit. With the 85mm removed the final dimensions would be: 750mm H x 2000mm L x 665mm D, and the hallway is 810mm wide from each skirting board (though the handrail may get in the way). I believe if lifted vertically it could make it around those corners, though I’m not 100% sure as my friend and I were too weak to make a good attempt. If it turns out the desk won’t fit, I’d also be open to having both/one of the legs sawed off so that I can reconstruct somehow it situ (for additional $). It’s just a nice chunk of plywood so I want to make it work asap
