Need to get one pantry cabinet (72*60) cm installed on the wall.

3 kitchen cabinet doors have fallen off or are loose. Need to attach the doors back. Will pay additionally for materials required.

I’m looking for an experienced finish carpenter or renovation carpenter to help achieve a modern, skirt-free finish in my stairwell. Please note: This is not a standard skirting board replacement job. The existing skirting boards have already been removed, revealing an approximately 15–25 mm structural movement/expansion joint where the staircase meets the wall framing. I understand this may require both carpentry and plastering expertise. If you believe a plasterer will also be required, I’m happy to hear your recommendation. What I’m looking for first is someone who understands this type of detailing and can recommend the best approach. Design Goal I’d like to achieve a clean, modern finish with: * No traditional skirting boards. * No visible trim or shadow lines, if reasonably achievable. * A smooth wall transition into the staircase. * A solution that accommodates structural movement and minimises future cracking. Please explain your proposed approach when responding. Information Provided I’ve prepared a detailed specification including: * Measurements. * Multiple photographs. * Close-up photos of the exposed movement joint. * A mock-up of the desired finish. Everything is available before you quote, so there should be no surprises. Availability I’m only available on Saturdays and Sundays. The work would need to commence on or before Saturday, 16 August. Install double doors into an existing framed double door opening. Build new internal walls to: Divide one room into two rooms. Divide bathroom area into two sections. Include framing, insulation, plasterboard, skirting, 2 new door frames, doors, handles, and architraves. See attached plan where walls drawn in red are the new walls to be constructed. One wall will require removal of existing archway architrave (see attached photo). Reverse the swing direction of one existing door. Install 8 door stops. Remove existing vanity and mirror. Remove wardrobe shelving ( see image) External Carpentry Works: Convert an existing window opening ( approximately 2m wide into a sliding door opening ( approximately 2- 2.2m wide) and Install new sliding door. Build 2 external steps from the new sliding door opening. Remove 2 external window hoods/awnings. Replace 2 damaged palings. Plane bottom of front gate so it opens freely. Note- all existing framing timber with plaster walls ( tests have been done for asbestos and certificate can be provided to you)

Hi all, Looking for an experienced chippy to come on site to quote how much it would be for them to hang a 2.6m x 1.1m (150-200kg) range hood for my pizza resturaunt fitout. Structural drawings along with a form 15 has been completed. My budget is for call out fee so we can meet and you can quote. 👍 I’ll have it lifted into place for you, using hired lifts. Remove existing caulking and install scotia trim to base of kitchen cabinetry. Approximately 9 metres around cabinetry. The gap between timber floors and cabinets is anywhere from a few mm to 18mm. See photos attached.
