Seeking a quote to install two timber French doors (2040 x 820 x 40), with the following work required: 1. Install timber subframe and attach to brick. Current wall opening is approx 1800mm width x 2230mm height. This will include: installing flashing, expansion foam between timber and brick and silicone sealant for where timber meets brick. Following materials will be provided: 1. Timber - outdoor framing H3 treated pine (140mm x 35mm) 2. Steel rod with ramjet epoxy adhesive/ dynabolts to attach wood to brick. 3. Polythene flashing, expansion foam and silicone 2. Install rebated door jamb to timber subframe. Following materials will be provided: 1. Rebated door jamb (138mm x 30mm) Pined door jamb - H3 treated and primed single rebate 2. French door sill (140mm x 31mm) Merbau French Lite Sill Rebated 3. Attach astragal to door. 1. T -Round astragal (50mm x 30mm) 4. Hang doors. Following materials to be provided: 1. 2 X Timber French doors (2040 x 820 x 40) 2. 6 hinges 5. Fitting new door handle and lock. 6. Installing 2 Panic Bolts (255mm) to the top and bottom of the inactive door. These French doors are replacing a window. As a result the pictures show that currently there is a gap between the proposed edge of the timber subframe and the brick on the top half of the wall. This will be bricked up in line with the bottom half prior to the job commencing. Flexible with timing.

Bottom rail has rotted and split in the middle of one section. I'm assuming it would need the whole section replaced? 2620mm wide with 21 panels including fleur in centre.

Our pool liner is getting replaced on Monday 15/6 and for them to do this, I need to remove one row of Ekodeck edge board and the timber it's connected to. I've already removed the face plates. Please see you photos and it'll all make sense. I need someone who is familiar with Ekodeck. There are only about 12 panels to remove. I then need the timber and panels put back on one day next week. Very flexible on this day. Happy to pay $60ph for as long as it takes.

we have a small laundry and are looking to maximise the space. this means upgrading with some cabinets! we currently have the washing machine and dryer, side by side but we want to move the dryer on top of the washing machine and have a cabinet in the middle with bench space and overhead cabinetry as well.
