Scope of Works: Bathroom & Media Room Carpentry 1. Ensuite Bathroom&Share bathroom (Upstairs) Demolition: Already completed by owner (stripped back to studs). Structural Work: Check all existing wall studs for plumb and straightness. Straighten or pack out where necessary to ensure walls are perfectly flat for 600x600 porcelain tiles. Niche Construction: Build a recessed shower niche (approx. 300mm x 600mm) between studs. Please confirm the best position based on plumbing. Noggings: Install additional noggings for the double vanity, wall-mounted mirror, and shower screen fixing points. Sheeting: Supply and install 6mm (or 9mm) Villaboard to all walls, floor-to-ceiling. Ensure all joints are set correctly for waterproofing. 2. Media Room (Downstairs) Built-in Wardrobe Frame: Construct a timber frame for a new built-in wardrobe (approx. 600mm deep). Sheeting: Install plasterboard (Gyprock) to the new wardrobe frame and finish ready for painting. Door Track: Install internal shelving supports and top track for sliding doors.

Hi! I’d like a builder to properly install the IKEA wall cabinets in my kitchen, I have purchased the silver rod for the attachment, on the back wall. There are four cabinets and a Rangehood with Rangehood cabinet, and then above the fridge I have two cabinets to go up, the cornice Will need to be removed from the ceiling also in those areas. Cabinets above fridge may be difficult as they need to be attached by the sides, not the top or the back. Cabinets above my pantry just need to be attached to the current pantry. :-) thanks!

We have 3 walls with termite damage. We have removed plasterboard, cleaned area and have 14 length of 6mtr MGP-10 H2 timber on site. We just need your expertise and tools. Bottom plate requires replacement along with studs. Happy to pay a per hour rate so that we can get this job started quicker and book in a plasterer.
