We just had new flooring installed in our house and some of our doors did not have enough clearance for the height of the new floors, so we have had to take the doors off and need the bottoms trimmed back so that they fit again. Some doors seems to only need a few mm off and others could do with a couple cm trimmed. Looking for a carpenter to help us with this job, and future jobs too when we are ready for them, while we slowly fix up our older house to feel modern again! I added some pictures to show the bottom of the door and the height jump of new floor. We have four doors in total that need trimming. Two of them are our toilet and bathroom doors so earlier offers will be favoured! 😅

Needing some guidance on what it would cost to remove this built in wardrobe to give more floor space. Replacing with new plasterboard and trims around the ceiling, replacing skirting and adding vinyl flooring I have left over from our floors being installed. I got a a couple of floor boards that have buckled up, possibly to do with water that got in between. The boards are sitting on top of tiles. I don't need any boards replaced. looks to me we can shave down one board and glue them all back down to make the passage safe as it is in a business. This task would need to be completed by 10:30am. Any day is fine. I will attach a couple of photos.

I am looking for someone (or a team of two) to assemble an EasyShed 2.25m x 2.25m Gable Roof Shed. We already have the concrete slab laid. We also have the concrete fixings. Will need to bring own tools for the job. Flexible with dates but as soon as possible would be great. Located in Loganlea.

Doing a kitchen renovation at the moment and need some plastering done on the walls. Need to place the wooden board back on the wall. Need to place fire resistant Gyprock on the walls where the rangehood, cooktop & oven will go in the centre back wall of the room. Need to put the bottom architrave on the window with the nail gun. I have a custom wallpaper. Dimensions 223cm (h) x 346cm (w). It is a self adhesive wallpaper, no glue required. It’s basically a very big sticker. Must have experience installing wallpaper or decals and be able to cut in around a PowerPoint.

Re-stain deck - 53sqm. Sanding not required I don’t think as original finish is quite worn but timber is smooth. Rounded nails also make sanding undesirable! Some photos so you can see the current state. I have some stain already - last photo is where I applied a bit - one coat.

We are after someone who can give our verandah and deck a light sand and couple of coats of stain. Approx 32m2 over 2 areas. See pic for dimensions and back deck area. Don’t have photos of veranda
